About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate (Package Handler) to help process packages during the holiday rush. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. Training is provided, and no previous warehouse experience is required.

The position is based at 1590 Century Center Parkway, Suite 101, Memphis, Tennessee. The listed pay is $16.00, with overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. The scheduled shift is 3:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete, with Monday–Thursday and Friday–Sunday schedule options. Hours may vary with business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27 through January 1. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions afterward, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and other repetitive movements throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
