About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler helps process packages during the holiday rush. The role involves safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, keeping the workspace organized, and helping packages reach their destinations safely and on time. Packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds must be handled independently, with team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is based at 4150 Spartan Dr, Oregon, Ohio 43616. Pay is $17 per hour, with overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. Shifts are 4:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. or until the end of sort, on variable days approximately 4–5 days per week and totaling about 18–23 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment, subject to eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.
