About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates/Package Handlers to help handle the holiday rush. Associates unload, sort, move, and load packages, helping them reach their next destination safely and on time. The work involves repetitive physical activity in a warehouse where temperature control may be limited. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The listed location is 551 Courier St., Henderson, NV 80040. The listed pay is $15.50, with overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. Three shift schedules are listed: 4:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., Sunday–Thursday; Tuesday–Saturday; or Friday–Monday. Hours may vary based on business needs, and the shift may continue through completion of required sort work and cleanup as directed by site management. The season runs from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. A $500 seasonal bonus is listed, subject to eligibility and applicable terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent positions after the assignment, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
