About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Reno, Nevada, for the holiday season. The role pays $19.50 per hour with weekly pay, plus an additional $1 per hour for work on Saturdays and Sundays. The position is eligible for overtime pay as required by applicable law, and includes a seasonal bonus of $500, subject to location-, assignment-, and other eligibility terms. The assignment is scheduled to run from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Warehouse Associates safely unload, sort, move, and load packages to help them reach their next destination on time. The work involves handling packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently and participating in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Employees keep their workspaces organized and work in a warehouse where temperature controls may be limited.

The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on business needs. The shift ends when the required sorting work and directed cleanup activities are complete. Employees must be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed, and may be required to work overtime when business needs require. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The role requires standing or walking for extended periods and frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and squatting. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, and able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law. The job offers a safe and clean work environment and an Employee Assistance Program. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
