About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at its Reno, Nevada facility. The role supports holiday package operations by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages so they reach their next destination on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position pays $19.50 per hour, with weekly pay and an additional $1 per hour for Saturday and Sunday work. The role is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law, and includes a $500 seasonal bonus subject to location, assignment, and other eligibility terms. The seasonal assignment runs from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent openings after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Hours may vary with business needs, and scheduled shifts may include overtime when required. The posting also states that availability for weekends or holidays may be needed. Work takes place in a warehouse where temperature control may be limited, and employees may work in hot or cold conditions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages and perform the described physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
