About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler at its Fontana, California location. The role supports the holiday shipping rush by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, helping them reach their next destination on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The seasonal assignment is scheduled to run from October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027, and may include a $500 seasonal bonus, subject to eligibility and other terms. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

The listed pay is $19.00 per hour, paid weekly. Overtime pay is available in accordance with applicable law, and premium pay applies to hours worked on specified holidays. The scheduled overnight shift is 12:00 AM–10:00 AM, with Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday shift options. Hours may vary based on business needs, and the role may require overtime. “End of Sort” means completing the required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

The job requires regular physical package handling and extended periods of standing or walking in a warehouse where temperature control may be limited. Employees must keep their workspace organized and follow safe handling practices. Paid sick leave is available in compliance with applicable state and local regulations. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Complete required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.
