About The Position

At Life Couriers, the Warehouse Associate helps deliver time-critical diagnostics and therapies by supporting customized life sciences logistics services. The role ensures the timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods while working with warehouse colleagues and truck drivers to deliver shipments safely and on time. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with Saturday and Sunday off. Hours may change based on business needs, so flexibility is essential.

Requirements

• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without work authorization or sponsorship now or in the future.

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles.
• Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages.
• Sort and stack materials in the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Keep detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers and warehouse team members.
• Cover routes as needed.
• Follow company safety processes and procedures.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
