About The Position

The Warehouse Associate II, also described as a Fulfillment Center Associate II, prepares glass and other parts for distribution to field operation teams. The role performs warehouse functions that meet shipping timelines and help ensure the right parts reach team members serving customers. It includes operating material handling equipment, handling inventory, preparing pallets, unloading trailers, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience with some material handling equipment, such as a forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
Comfort working in varying environmental conditions, including seasonal heat or cold, and remaining stationary for long shifts.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks involving moving or raising objects weighing up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Positive attitude and focus on exceptional service.
If hired to operate the order picker, must weigh under 300 pounds to meet equipment and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate at least one piece of material handling equipment, such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker, including equipment raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
Perform daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
Follow safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping.
Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
