About The Position

The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations during the peak season by receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, processing, and organizing products and packages. The role also includes monitoring shipments, coordinating with drivers, handling delivery issues, assisting with outgoing shipments, and completing basic administrative tasks. This is an onsite, part-time seasonal position in Santa Ana, Orange County, California, with overnight shifts from 11:30 PM to 3:00 AM. The anticipated start date is between November 9 and November 16, 2026, and employment is expected to last approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on operational needs. Employment may be extended based on business needs. The role begins as an individual contributor, with potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

Requirements

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team-player attitude and organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Adequate knowledge of a warehouse data system.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload, and appropriately place incoming inventory items.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Follow company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Suggest ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs and concerns to the HQ team.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist with processing outgoing shipments.
