About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal full-time Package Handlers for its warehouse operations team at 2459 Almond Ave., Redlands, California. The role contributes to warehouse operations by handling packages, supporting efficient sorting and loading, and following safety protocols to maintain a productive and secure work environment. Pay is $18.50 per hour, paid weekly. Shifts are listed as 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, with schedules of Monday–Friday, Wednesday–Sunday, or Saturday–Tuesday. Hours may vary based on business needs and completion of required sorting and cleanup activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures that vary by season, including heat and cold.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices; safety is identified as the company's first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the work.
