About The Position

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to help prepare customer orders and handle incoming materials. The role involves operating warehouse equipment, using RF devices and other technology, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Pre-employment drug and background screening are required.

Nice To Haves

0–3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use RF devices and other technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material.
Clean the workspace while working and help the team keep the facility clean, safe, and accident-free.
Follow safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
