About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate in Ocala, Florida. This is a production-pay role, with earnings tied to individual productivity. Typical earnings are $200–$250 per shift, described as roughly equivalent to $16–$25+ per hour; compensation is paid by production rather than hourly, and higher performance can lead to higher earnings.

The role handles inbound and outbound freight in a fast-paced warehouse. Work includes loading and unloading cartons, scanning and sorting freight, moving rolling carts and cages, and building organized trailer loads. The position is physically active and involves regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, either 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Shifts may end early when workload allows, and overtime may be requested by the site. The work location is on-site in Ocala, Florida.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 5–50 pounds.
• Dependable transportation.
• Comfort performing physically demanding work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons from conveyor systems into trailers.
• Scan freight using handheld RF scanners.
• Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
• Build secure, organized trailer loads while meeting production goals.
• Unload cartons from inbound trailers.
• Place inbound freight onto conveyor belts for processing.
• Scan and sort products into the correct rolling cages.
• Work with the team to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
