About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to load and unload freight in a fast-paced distribution environment in Ocala, Florida. This production-based position pays per case loaded and unloaded, with average daily earnings of $200–$250 and typical equivalent earnings of $16–$25+ per hour. Greater productivity offers greater earning potential.

The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday on a Donut Shift, with either 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM hours. Some workdays may end earlier depending on freight volume, and overtime may be requested by the site. The role involves regular lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and strong punctuality.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry 5–50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfort working in a physically demanding warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Transfer cartons from conveyor belts into outbound trailers.
• Scan each carton with handheld RF equipment before loading.
• Move rolling cages between workstations and staging locations.
• Stack freight safely while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Remove cartons from inbound trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.
• Scan freight during unloading to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Sort cartons into designated cages for processing.
• Keep the work area clean while maintaining a steady production pace.
