About The Position
The Warehouse Administrator supports distribution centre operations and an offsite warehouse by handling transportation requests, tracking shipments, and preparing warehouse reporting on CPI and orders shipping. The role is with Anord Mardix, a Flex company, which provides critical power solutions for industries including financial institutions and data centers. Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into an independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the spin occurs, this role will support Axiom.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor transportation requests and major capital shipments, selecting the most cost-effective and dependable carrier.
- Maintain accurate on-hand inventories of warehouse supplies and purchase supplies as needed.
- Check receiving documents to ensure all purchased items were received.
- Track shipments and provide warehouse reporting on CPI and orders shipping.
