About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Waitstaff team member to support dining services for residents. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, helping residents navigate the menu, and assisting with meal and event preparation, delivery, and cleanup. The Waitstaff member helps maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and builds positive relationships with residents and colleagues. No prior experience is needed; paid on-the-job training is provided. The wage range is $16.75 to $20.10 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Promote teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
