About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Waitstaff team member to support dining services and provide residents with a high level of customer service. The role includes setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, helping residents become familiar with the dining experience, and assisting with meals and events. The position provides on-the-job training, with no prior experience required. The wage range is $11.00 to $13.20 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience is needed; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
