About The Position

As a Waitstaff / Server at Fellowship Square, you help create meaningful dining experiences for senior residents through compassionate service and hospitality. You serve meals as opportunities for community, comfort, and connection, helping residents feel valued, respected, and at home while supporting their quality of life and independence. The role involves serving residents, guests, and team members and contributing to a welcoming dining environment grounded in kindness and respect.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Food Handler’s Card required, or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Patience and genuine enjoyment of working with seniors.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members.
• Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment.
• Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly and carefully.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with residents and honor their preferences and needs.
• Support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction.
