About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Waitstaff team member to support dining service in its communities. The role includes taking residents’ dining orders, assisting with meals and events, maintaining a clean and sanitary dining room, and providing a high level of customer service. Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide a high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Build teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment.
