About The Position
Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge, is seeking a Waitstaff member. This role is responsible for providing guests with information to make dining/drinking selections, serving food/drink selections, and creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service & POS experience a plus
- Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with the information necessary to make a dining/drinking selections by performing a menu tour.
- Serve food/drink selections to guests and create an unforgettable dining experience.
- Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides.
- Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures.
- Report all tips in accordance with company policies.
- Serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures.
- Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products.
- Responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions.
- 100% compliance with liquor and health department laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor.
