About The Position

We're hiring a VP of Enterprise Solutions to head customer delivery, solutions, and presales across the Americas. This is a founding leadership role: you'll build and lead the function that takes Moring's enterprise AI from signed deal to live, adopted, and expanding inside some of the most demanding regulated organizations in the market. You'll own strategic customer delivery end to end, presales and solutioning through architecture, delivery, and long-term engagement, and build the team that scales it. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely managerial one: you can still architect and deliver AI solutions yourself, and you'll be credible doing it in front of enterprise architects, CISOs, and CTOs in regulated industries. You'll set how Moring delivers, then scale it into a repeatable engine for enterprise AI adoption and growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise software delivery, solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting, including senior leadership of customer-facing delivery teams.
• Hands-on enterprise AI development. You can architect and deliver AI solutions yourself — agents, LLM applications, and integrations — not just manage others who do.
• Regulated-industry depth. A track record delivering software or AI into financial services or other compliance-heavy environments, within their security, network, and compliance constraints.
• Delivery and solutions leadership. Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise delivery — scoping, architecture, execution, and outcomes.
• Presales strength. Credible partnering with sales on enterprise deals: discovery, solution design, and winning senior technical buyers.
• Team leadership. Experience building and leading delivery, solutions, or presales teams, and setting the standards they run on.
• Executive presence. You're trusted in the room with CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise architects, and you communicate trade-offs and value in plain language.
• Cloud and integration fluency. Solid grounding in cloud (AWS preferred), enterprise systems, identity/SSO, and integration patterns.
• Founding-team temperament. Comfortable building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and moving fast in an early-stage, lean company.

• Forward-deployed or embedded delivery experience with enterprise customers.
• Prior startup or founding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas customer delivery. Own strategic customer delivery, solutions, and presales across the Americas — from first technical conversation to production adoption and expansion.
• Own strategic delivery outcomes. Take accountability for how Moring's AI solutions are architected, delivered, and adopted at each enterprise customer — on scope, on quality, and on trust.
• Build and lead the team. Hire, structure, and lead the delivery, solutions, and presales team; set the standards, playbooks, and delivery model as we scale.
• Drive presales and solutioning. Partner with sales on enterprise opportunities: run technical discovery, shape solution architecture, and win the confidence of senior technical buyers.
• Stay hands-on. Architect and deliver AI solutions directly, especially early and on the hardest accounts, and design for the security, compliance, and integration realities of regulated industries.
• Own project delivery. Run delivery across accounts: scope, plan, resource, and ship, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Deepen customer engagement. Build trusted, senior relationships with enterprise customers, turning successful delivery into adoption, expansion, and references.
• Scale the engine. Turn what works in the field into a repeatable delivery and solutions motion that fuels enterprise AI growth.
• Close the loop with product. Feed field learnings, patterns, gaps, and demand, back to the founders and engineering to shape the roadmap.
