Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Professional presence and a team-player mindset.
Available to work Saturdays; the dealership is closed Sundays.
Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and create customers for life by helping customers select vehicles, asking questions, and listening carefully to their responses.
Develop expertise in product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in sales situations.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring a positive attitude and strong effort to work each day.
