About The Position

The Volunteer Services Manager works in Sun City West, Arizona. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Relocation is not provided.

The role calls for five years of experience in social services, nonprofit management, human resources, or resource management, including working with volunteers in health care or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience managing and recruiting volunteers within nonprofit organizations is also preferred.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in social services, nonprofit management, human resources, or resource management, working with volunteers in health care or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including relationship building, public speaking, and presentations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to monitor, report, and analyze team performance and goal progress.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves
