About The Position

Fullmind is hiring a Virtual School Counselor to provide remote services to students in Arizona K–12 schools. Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to fill educator vacancies by live-streaming certified educators to students. In this role, the counselor supports students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth; completes evaluations and assessments; develops and implements intervention plans; documents sessions; and collaborates with families and school personnel. The position follows the school district’s calendar, with Monday–Friday assignments. Immediate start dates depend on placement availability after the application process is completed. The stated daily fee is $300–$330; rates are negotiable and subject to change. The position is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not include employee benefits.

Requirements

• Hold an active Arizona School Counselor certificate.
• Be in good standing, with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
• Have experience using virtual platforms for assessment and virtual service delivery in a school or IEP context.
• Have a reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Be comfortable collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual school counselor services that support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth.
• Complete evaluations, assessments, and reports.
• Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals when required, with the rigor required by districts.
• Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress.
• Promptly notify campus and district contacts when a student misses a session.
• Immediately notify campus and district contacts about threats or safety concerns.
