About The Position

Fullmind is hiring a virtual Physical Therapist to support K–12 students in fully remote school placements. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that follows the school district’s calendar, with assignments available for the 2026–27 school year. Immediate start dates depend on available placements after the application process is completed.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate students’ gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills; develop and carry out treatment plans tailored to student needs; document sessions and progress toward IEP goals; and share student progress with school or district personnel. The role also involves promoting engaging virtual learning, building student relationships, and collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.

The hourly rate is $40–$65+, based on experience; rates are negotiable and subject to change. This contract position does not include benefits.

Requirements

• Hold an active state physical therapy license.
• Successfully complete the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Have experience with a reliable, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform.
• Have a strong technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable internet, and private workspace.
• Be comfortable collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
