About The Position

Fullmind is hiring a fully remote School Psychologist to provide virtual psychological services to students in Michigan K–12 schools. The role supports students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth through evaluations, assessments, reports, and intervention planning. The psychologist will document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals while collaborating with families, teachers, school-based staff, case managers, and administrators.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that follows the school district’s calendar. Assignments are available for the 2026–27 school year, with immediate start dates depending on placement availability after the application process. The schedule is Monday through Friday during school hours. The advertised daily fee is $315–$330; rates are negotiable and subject to change, and the posting also describes the hourly rate as negotiable based on experience and placement.

Requirements

• Hold an active Michigan School Psychologist license.
• Be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held.
• Have experience using virtual platforms for assessment and teletherapy in a school or IEP context.
• Have a reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup, including a webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and a private, distraction-free workspace.
• Be comfortable collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
