About The Position

The Virtual Member Service Representative (VMSR) serves credit union members through an interactive teller machine (ITM) as part of the Member Contact Center. The role involves assisting members with banking transactions and providing friendly, professional service through video access. The representative also processes incoming mail, shares information about products and services, and participates in team meetings and training.

This is a full-time, on-site position at Americas Credit Union in DuPont, Washington. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The pay range is $18.02–$29.89 per hour, with a target hiring range of $18.02–$23.07 per hour. ACU offers training programs and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience working in a financial institution or a related field.
• Must be bondable.
• Quick and accurate computer skills.
• Friendly, people-oriented approach to help members feel welcome on and off camera.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Motivation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist credit union members with transactions through the interactive teller machine (ITM).
