About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Work-From-Home Member Services Associate to help individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members explore insurance coverage options. The representative works virtually with clients, identifies their needs, and provides education about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance. The role includes warm company-provided leads, training, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and are responsible for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Comfortable with computer systems and virtual meeting tools.
- Self-motivated and coachable.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Responsibilities
- Connect with members and prospective clients through company-provided warm leads.
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments.
- Complete customer-focused needs assessments.
- Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products.
- Help clients understand available benefits and coverage choices.
- Provide responsive follow-up and client support.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
