Requirements

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Confident, friendly communication skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working from home.
• People-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide clients through initial questions.
• Engage clients in conversations to uncover their needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.
• Log interactions and maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
