Virtual Chat Representative
About The Position
CO2Lift by Lumisque is seeking a Virtual Chat Representative to support its corporate headquarters in Weston, Florida. This remote role serves as a primary digital contact for retail customers, medical providers, and wholesale accounts through live chat and email. The representative is expected to provide a prompt, accurate, and professional experience that reflects the company’s brand standards. The role supports customer and wholesale inquiries, e-commerce orders and returns, product questions, and B2B account and shipment needs. Initial onboarding and product training are provided.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce chat support, retail, or office support.
- Exceptional written communication skills, a polished and professional tone, and strong attention to detail.
- A dedicated home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work standard business hours.
Nice To Haves
- Basic familiarity with live chat software, e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, or CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume live chat and email support queues, responding promptly, accurately, and professionally to customer and wholesale inquiries.
- Process e-commerce orders, manage returns, and resolve account discrepancies within the company’s system.
- Provide accurate information and guidance about CO2Lift products, including their application and benefits.
- Assist sales and logistics teams with B2B wholesale account updates and shipment tracking.
- Resolve issues through digital communication channels to maintain high customer satisfaction.
