About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring for its remote Member Services team. The role involves working with provided warm leads, scheduling virtual client appointments, and helping individuals and families understand life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options. The position is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay applicable pre-licensing and licensing costs. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrate strong listening ability, reliable follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working with online tools and systems.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
