About The Position

Nuvant is hiring Virtual Consultants to help prospective clients explore financial solutions aligned with their personal or business goals. The Virtual Consultant serves as a key first point of contact, introducing Nuvant’s services and guiding clients toward the next step. The role involves communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, explaining service offerings, arranging follow-up, and documenting interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

• Confident, friendly communication skills and comfort in a client-facing environment.
• Organization and comfort working from home.
• A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide clients through initial questions.
• Engage in conversations to uncover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.
• Log interactions and maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
