About The Position

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to conduct online Video Visits with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Each visit is approximately 30 minutes and includes reviewing medication and medical history, educating members about their health, and answering their questions. Clinicians will be dedicated to telehealth services only and will work from a private space with adequate internet connectivity while protecting member privacy.

The role provides 40 hours of availability weekly, with expectations of 320 or more capacity units and 220 or more completed visits per month. Clinicians must complete regular training, maintain credentialing and compliance for applicable health plan clients and lines of business, attend regular manager, team, and clinical meetings, and meet operational, clinical, and member-experience performance metrics. Primary coverage areas include Nebraska, and clinicians may need to obtain and maintain licenses in multiple states.

This is a full-time position with a base salary plus an incentive structure based on the number of in-home visits completed, as well as malpractice insurance coverage for Signify Health-related activities. The stated pay range is $78,331 to $168,714. Requirements

• Board-certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Maintain board certification.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas.
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage areas, as required.
• Meet remote-visit requirements, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled and a quiet setting with a neutral background.
• Ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines.
• Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
• Proficiency with information management and technology.
• Ability to interact remotely with members, sit, write, operate a computer and phone, speak intelligibly, and hear member responses.
• Ability to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices.

Nice To Haves

• FNP or AGNP certification for nurse practitioners is preferred.
• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online Video Visits with health plan members in a private space with adequate internet connection.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly and consistently provide 320 or more capacity units per month.
• Maintain a strong visit completion rate, consistently pacing 220 or more completed visits per month.
• Complete regular training and maintain affiliation and compliance with Video Visit requirements.
• Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage states.
• Participate in regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Meet Signify Health operational, clinical, and member-experience key performance indicators and metrics.
• Review members’ medication and medical histories, educate them about their health, and answer questions during approximately 30-minute visits.
• Protect health plan member privacy and meet remote-visit delivery requirements.
