About The Position

As a VIP Lounge Representative at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will provide VIP guests with a warm welcome and attentive hospitality. You will facilitate hotel registrations and concierge requests, learn about guests’ individual needs, and take ownership of their experience to create memorable stays.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Nice To Haves

• One year of prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience.
• One year of prior relevant Guest Services experience in a similar resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify that special requests and amenities were delivered.
• Ensure VIP check-in and check-out are efficient and flawless while fostering an excellent working relationship between the property and guests.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for additional food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Ensure charges and credits are posted correctly, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash and cash-equivalent transactions according to property procedures.
