About The Position

As a VIP Lounge Representative at Beau Rivage, you will provide elevated, personalized service to valued guests and help create seamless, memorable experiences. The role involves supporting VIP reservations and check-in/check-out, handling guest accounts and transactions, and opening and closing the VIP lounge according to department standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions, facilitate reservations, and verify that special requests and amenities have been delivered.
• Ensure the VIP check-in and check-out process is efficient and maintain an excellent working relationship between the property and guests.
• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for additional food, beverages, or show tickets.
• Verify charges and credits, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance cash and cash-equivalent transactions according to property procedures.
• Open the VIP lounge daily according to department standards, including running Opera reports for arrivals and departures and assigning rooms for VIP arrivals.
• Close the VIP lounge daily according to department standards, including ensuring rooms are assigned and amenities are sent, taking prepared keys to the front desk, running next-day arrival reports, forwarding phones, and locking the lounge.
