About The Position

As a Houseperson at Beau Rivage, you will help create an excellent guest experience by ensuring assigned areas are clean and ready for guest arrival. The role includes delivering requested items to guest rooms, cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, and providing attentive service to guests. The starting rate is $15.30 per hour, and the schedule is day shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requested items, including refrigerators, pillows, rollaway beds, and cribs, to guest rooms.
• Clean restrooms in assigned areas and vacuum halls, lobbies, and edges.
• Clean hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers.
• Empty trash and linen from Guest Room Attendant carts as needed.
• Provide outstanding guest service with problem-solving, attention to detail, and a focus on guest safety.
