About The Position

As a Slot Technician at Beau Rivage, you will help keep the casino floor running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing slot machines and related equipment. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will help ensure game integrity, minimize downtime, and support a seamless guest experience while following company policies and regulatory standards. The position pays a starting rate of $21.58 per hour and follows a 10-hour day shift, typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Sunday through Tuesday off. You must be open and flexible to work outside the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in slot repair or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and associated equipment, including ticket redemption and token dispensing units.
• Install, convert, and modify slot machines and related components to support operational needs.
• Perform jackpot checks and assist with hopper fills in compliance with established procedures.
• Stay current on slot machine technology, repair techniques, and new equipment through ongoing learning.
• Accurately document work performed and follow departmental, property, and regulatory guidelines.
• Respond promptly to service calls and technical issues to support casino operations.
