About The Position

As a day-shift Security Officer at Beau Rivage, you will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will patrol the property, provide professional assistance, respond to emergencies, and support the guest experience. The role is full-time, with a primary schedule of 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.; flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Driver’s license as required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be open and flexible to work outside the primary schedule, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully attend and pass recurring mandatory legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED training and drills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior areas, using a bicycle or company vehicle.
• Monitor the alarm system and surveillance cameras.
• Provide guest service to guests and employees and resolve complaints and issues.
• Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
• Write reports about daily activities and irregularities, including property damage, theft, accidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Dispatch information, messages, and emergencies to or from appropriate personnel using telephones or two-way radios.
• Secure emergency scenes to prevent further loss or damage, advise personnel of threats, summon emergency responders, and initiate and conduct evacuations.
• Successfully attend and pass recurring mandatory legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED training and drills.
