About The Position

The Cage Representative works at Beau Rivage during the grave shift and supports guests by processing table games monetary transactions. The role involves exchanging cash for table games chips and redeeming chips for cash, while engaging guests in a friendly, outgoing manner. Representatives are expected to provide attentive, professional service with precision, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a focus on guest safety.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior relevant experience in high-volume cash handling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Consistent commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Must be open and flexible to work outside the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Process guests’ monetary transactions by exchanging cash for table games chips and redeeming table games chips for cash.
• Provide a high level of service using problem-solving, attention to detail, and a focus on guest safety.
