About The Position

Anton Paar USA is seeking a Vice President to lead its Central Region, based at the regional headquarters in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The role carries full strategic and operational P&L responsibility across 16 product lines and involves direct leadership of three Sales Directors and one Service Manager. The Vice President will shape the region’s commercial direction, develop its people and capabilities, and work with teams across Anton Paar USA to drive sustainable growth. The Central Region has an established team and expanded laboratory, office, and logistics capabilities, providing a foundation for its next phase of growth.

The base salary range is $180,000–$195,000 annually. The position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 30% of base salary, for total annual cash compensation potential of up to $253,500, and includes a company car and benefits. The role requires travel of up to 25% within the Midwest States. This position is not eligible for current or future work authorization or visa sponsorship. Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of management experience in sales or service.
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership presence, and strategic mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the Midwest States.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
