Vice President Product Management
About The Position
First Community is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the Credit Union’s enterprise product portfolio across multiple technology platforms. This role drives innovation, product performance, and cross-functional alignment to deliver exceptional member experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. This individual will partner closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to shape the future of member-focused products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the Information Technology field, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in functional product management.
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects, programs, or teams, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
