This is an exciting, newly created executive role for a Vice President of Growth at a Phoenix-area residential property management company specializing in single-family rental homes (SFR). The role unifies marketing, business development, and brokerage into one integrated growth engine, offering a direct seat at the leadership table. The company is entering a new growth chapter and is looking for a leader to drive its expansion.

Requirements

Strong single-family rental (SFR) experience required.
Proven ability to own company-wide growth strategy, not just marketing.
Hands-on, high-accountability operating style suited to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
A systems thinker energized by CAC ownership and rigorous testing.
Background in growth marketing, startups, founder-led businesses, real estate, or SaaS growth teams.

Responsibilities

Own company-wide growth strategy, setting the annual growth plan and aligning marketing, business development, brokerage, and expansion efforts.
Lead an integrated growth engine, with business development and resale brokerage reporting into this role.
Build infrastructure for acquisition-led growth and market expansion into new territories.
Own client acquisition cost (CAC) end-to-end and manage the full-funnel strategy from awareness through signed contracts.
Build a trusted brand around the founder's voice and story.
