Requirements

  • 10+ years of healthcare technology and/or services sales experience.
  • 5+ years selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Practice Management, Clinical Documentation, Virtual Scribe, Population Health, or outsourced healthcare services.
  • Demonstrated success selling into: Large independent physician groups, Multi-specialty medical groups, Academic medical groups, Health system-owned ambulatory networks, Value-based care organizations.
  • Consistent track record of achieving 100%+ quota attainment with annual contract values of seven figures.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (6-18 months) involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Market knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Ambulatory practice operations, Front-end revenue cycle workflows, Coding and charge capture, Prior authorization challenges, Denials management, Medical group economics, Provider productivity and burnout issues, Value-based care initiatives, Physician practice consolidation trends, Health system ambulatory growth strategies.
  • Executive-level consultative selling.
  • Ability to uncover operational, financial, and workforce challenges.
  • Builds business cases tied to revenue improvement, cost reduction, provider capacity, patient access, staff retention.
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills.
  • Creates urgency around transformational initiatives.
