About The Position

Cypress Creek Animal Hospital is hiring a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to help create a welcoming experience for clients and their pets and keep the veterinary hospital running smoothly. The position provides front-desk customer service and administrative support in a veterinary environment. The role involves exposure to animal-related odors, noises, waste, and potential bites, scratches, and contagious diseases. The hospital offers virtual and hands-on training and continued development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Answer phone calls and emails, respond to questions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule veterinary appointments and help manage daily hospital flow.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and assist with front desk administrative tasks.
• Communicate client concerns to the veterinary team and provide compassionate support during difficult situations.
