About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Answer phone calls and emails, respond to questions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule veterinary appointments and help manage daily hospital flow.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and assist with front desk administrative tasks.
• Communicate client concerns to the veterinary team and provide compassionate support during difficult situations.
