Creekside Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Care Specialist / Veterinary Receptionist to join their dedicated team. They are a two-doctor practice supported by an experienced and collaborative staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service. Requirements
- Previous veterinary reception or client care experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
- Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional customer service
- Help educate clients and communicate treatment recommendations as directed
- Assist with administrative and reception responsibilities to keep the hospital running efficiently
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
