Leonard Animal Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! We are passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and their families. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry family members. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfort with computers and learning clinic software
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emotional situations with empathy
- A genuine passion for animal care and client service
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets warmly
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Handle administrative tasks, including email, filing, and data entry
