Requirements
- Previous veterinary receptionist or veterinary customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence taking ownership of responsibilities and supporting the team
- Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of humor and willingness to tolerate puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk workflow
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding patient care and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and client communication
- Support veterinarians and hospital staff to promote efficiency and teamwork
- Help create a positive and welcoming experience for pets and their families
- Assist with daily hospital operations and administrative tasks as needed
