Requirements

Previous veterinary receptionist or veterinary customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and client service skills
Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confidence taking ownership of responsibilities and supporting the team
Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Sense of humor and willingness to tolerate puppy kisses and kitty headbutts

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support front desk workflow
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding patient care and recommendations
Maintain accurate records and client communication
Support veterinarians and hospital staff to promote efficiency and teamwork
Help create a positive and welcoming experience for pets and their families
Assist with daily hospital operations and administrative tasks as needed
