Creekside Animal Hospital is searching for an experienced Client Care Specialist / Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team! We are a two-doctor practice supported by an experienced and collaborative staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service every day. Requirements

Previous veterinary reception or client care experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Compassion for clients, patients, and coworkers
Positive attitude and willingness to support teammates
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependability, professionalism, and initiative
Confidence taking ownership of responsibilities and delivering positive outcomes
Desire to continue learning and growing professionally

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional customer service
Help educate clients and communicate treatment recommendations as directed
Assist with administrative and reception responsibilities to keep the hospital running efficiently
Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
