About The Position

Evergreen Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to help create a welcoming, compassionate experience for clients and their pets. The receptionist serves as a key connection between clients and the veterinary medical team, supporting client education, communication, and exceptional customer service while helping hospital operations run smoothly. The practice emphasizes a supportive “better together” culture, cross-training, and opportunities for professional growth. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The role offers an hourly salary range of $20.00–$23.00 and no night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and compassionate experience for clients and their pets.
Serve as a connection between clients and the veterinary medical team.
Greet clients and patients and support efficient check-in and check-out.
Assist with appointment scheduling and help organize the hospital’s daily schedule.
Answer phones and communicate professionally and compassionately with clients.
Maintain accurate client and patient information.
Support client education and communication throughout veterinary visits.
Collaborate with teammates to keep hospital operations running smoothly.
Provide exceptional customer service.
